Terms of Use

The product
Verdin is a tool for mapping business processes using Universal Process Notation. It is proprietary software, all rights reserved (see the licences page). Use of the product is governed by these terms.
Not for personal data: your content, your responsibility
Verdin is not designed to store sensitive or personal data. Process diagrams are about how work flows, not about people. You are responsible for the content you enter into free-text fields such as activity names, notes, and resource labels. Please do not enter sensitive or personal data you are not entitled to process. Verdin does not scan or police what you type.
Verdin is the data controller for the limited personal data it holds: your account email (via Google or email-and-password sign-in) and whatever you choose to enter. You can export everything you create as a portable JSON document at any time, and you can request erasure of your account and its data. How we handle this is described in the privacy policy.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Billing and your 14-day right to cancel
Verdin does not charge for any plan yet. When paid plans open, we will take payment through a third-party payment provider, and we will name that provider on this page before we charge you. If you're in the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your purchase for a full refund. To use it, email us within 14 days of your purchase.
Cancelling your Verdin subscription
Cancel any time: email us at the address below and we'll cancel your subscription for you. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and we don't automatically prorate unused time. If you forgot to cancel, or you tried Verdin and it just wasn't for you, email us and we'll sort out a fair refund.
